Cancellation policy

Please contact us via text, phone, messenger or cancel your booking via the website with your booking link 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or pushed to your future appointment.

However if less that 24 hours notice, your deepest will be used as a cancelation fee.

Late arrival

We’ve set aside a dedicated time for your appointment. Please arrive 5 minutes early. If more than 15 minutes late we might need to reschedule and a 25$ fee will apply. We may be able to take late arrivals, but you won’t get the unfits of the entree time that was allowed to you.

NO SHOW Policy

You will be consider a “NO SHOW” if you miss you appointent with out providing notice or arriving more than 20 mins late. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Emergency situations

We will allow for unforeseen circumstances. IN such case the cancelation or “no show” fees might be waived at the discretion of the Studio Owner.
